About Us

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality evidence-based clinical care to adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns.

Your primary focus will be on conducting intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, and providing brief psychological interventions. You will work closely with internal and external services to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Psychologist or Social Worker with relevant registration and certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and client-centered care
