We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about connecting local people with great products. If you have a passion for the liquor industry and enjoy engaging with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by working with energy, enthusiasm and pace. You'll also be a go-to person for customer queries, using your knowledge to resolve issues promptly.
About You:
- You're committed to delivering outstanding customer service and are passionate about building relationships with our customers.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with customers, colleagues and management.
- You're knowledgeable about liquor products and can provide recommendations to customers.
- You're active and able to work on your feet for long periods, with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
