We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team in Bondi, Sydney.

Job Description

The Senior Hospitality Operations Manager will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of restaurant managers to achieve sales growth and engagement. This role will collaborate with Area Managers to ensure high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with Area Managers for high-standard operations
  • Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs
  • Engage with local community groups through our local matters program

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality/entertainment venues (QSRs, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas)
  • Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and positive attitude

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
