Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Technology Strategist to spearhead our integration technology strategy and Pacific roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture and product goals.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in integration engineering, product development or systems architecture and a track record in a technical leadership role.

  • Mentor and guide integration engineers and developers.
  • Drive adoption of modern integration patterns.
  • Represent integration in architecture governance forums and technical design reviews.
  • Partner with product managers and architects to define integration strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business capabilities.

A strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture is essential.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is also highly valued.

As an integration expert, you will play a key leadership role in defining, developing and delivering product.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and documenting integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns and middleware platforms.
  • Evaluating and recommending integration tools, platforms and frameworks.
  • Working cross-functionally with engineering, data, security and business teams to manage integration dependencies.
  • Engaging with external vendors and partners to facilitate third-party integrations.
  • Communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience in integration engineering, product development or systems architecture.
  • Track record in a technical leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complexity to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to execute and deliver.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols.
  • Experience implementing secure data exchange and encryption standards.
