Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their dream bathroom experience.

  • You will assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the ideal solution for their needs.
  • Manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
  • Use a 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life, creating personalized designs that exceed their expectations.
  • Visit customers on-site to provide updates and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient showroom environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn and grow, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Comfortable using technology and proficient in learning new systems, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes.
