Job Title

The Operations & Maintenance Superintendent role encompasses responsibility for the effective operation and maintenance of various assets and sites throughout NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of Supervisors and approximately Trades and Operators to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of the Asset Management plans by collaborating with other teams.
  • Take ownership of O&M performance and contribute to annual business planning and reporting.
  • Promote best practice HSSE Management, UGL and Defence practices across all sites in region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in Australia's Defence environment supporting national security requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or similar industries with significant leadership and management experience.

Requirements:
  • Australian Citizen to obtain NV-1 security clearance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
