About the RoleThe Senior Property Manager works closely with other property specialists, responsible for leading and managing property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing. They will provide strategic property advice to internal stakeholders, aligning property decisions with business objectives and long-term asset planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic property advice to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee property portfolio performance, including financial analysis and risk management.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate approvals, negotiations, and property-related project deliverables.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Property Law.
- 10+ years of experience within the property industry or management of a property portfolio.
- Demonstrated understanding of the property industry and property law.
- Highly developed commercial and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and influencing capabilities.
