Door and Window Installation Opportunity

We are currently seeking skilled individuals to work as subcontractors on a wide range of door and window installation projects. This role involves glazing, hanging, and fitting of timber and aluminium door sashes, fitting of timber and aluminium window sashes, installation of flyscreens and doors, and repairs and maintenance to products in new and existing homes.

This position is ideal for those with a trade background or experience as a handyman who have worked with aluminium or timber and are looking to expand their skills and knowledge. We require candidates to have a great attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a can-do approach with a focus on quality and getting the job done right the first time.

The successful candidate will have relevant insurances, a valid Australian driver's license, construction induction white card, and the ability to demonstrate relevant experience. They will also need to be able to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination, as they may be working on sites such as aged care facilities.

As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for installing our client's products, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and safety. You will have access to paid training, plenty of jobs, paid weekly, good rates, and opportunities to grow your sub-contracting business.

Requirements:
  • ABN holder (Pty Ltd company registration highly desirable)
  • Relevant insurances (such as workers compensation, public liability insurance; comprehensive motor vehicle insurance)
  • Construction induction white card
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Work rights in Australia
  • Clean valid police check
  • Your own late model van (such as a Hi Ace van) that can carry material min 2.7 m in length
  • Your own tools required to do this work

Please note: There is no quoting or measuring of jobs, no invoicing or collecting outstanding monies as this is all done on your behalf so that you can focus purely on installations and completing jobs.
