Salary:
The successful applicant will receive a salary of $143,677 to $145,595 per annum, plus a 11.5% employer superannuation contribution.
Job Description:
The Role:
The Statewide Pharmacy Manager, Education, Research, and Development is a Director of Pharmacy level role responsible for leading practitioner development programs statewide. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of Pharmacist Residency and Registrar training programs and be able to guide a significant uplift in capacity for research and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead practitioner development programs statewide
- Guide a significant uplift in capacity for research and quality improvement
- Establish Tasmanian Health Service as a major centre for pharmacy practice innovation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia or completion of an overseas qualification eligible for skills assessment through the Australian Pharmacy Council
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

The successful applicant will be required to meet the essential criteria and possess a current Driver's Licence.
