Clinical Psychologist/ Forensic Psychologist

The NSW Government is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/ Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Campbelltown Mental Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to consumers with complex mental health needs.
As a Clinical Psychologist/ Forensic Psychologist, you will work closely with our team of health professionals to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group programs, and behavioral management support. You will also be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced psychologist who is passionate about working with consumers with complex mental health needs. If you are a registered psychologist with a strong background in clinical and forensic psychology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychological services to consumers with complex mental health needs
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Supervise and support junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services
Requirements
- Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology or Forensic Psychology qualification
- Demonstrated experience working with consumers with complex mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
