Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate availability of products on our website, including high-quality visuals, videos, attributes, tags, product descriptions, pricing, and categorization.

Your primary objective will be to deliver a seamless customer experience by managing the end-to-end enrichment process for e-commerce products. This includes managing data points, photography, and product samples, as well as coordinating with retouchers to ensure prompt image returns.

You will also play a crucial role in generating and creating product descriptions that meet brand tone-of-voice standards. Additionally, you will oversee ecommerce photography shoots, manage internal photography teams, and approve images for the site.

Liaising with brands and store teams is essential to obtain required samples for photographing. You will be responsible for owning on-site product data, ensuring accuracy to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and reduce returns.

Pricing Management Responsibilities

You will work closely with product and ecommerce teams to maintain consistent pricing across ERP and ecommerce platforms, including managing markdowns for sale events. Your task will be to deliver updates accurately and within deadlines, as well as setting up and removing onsite promotions that align with in-store activity when necessary.

Ecommerce Operations Support

You will support the ecommerce team with onsite UAT testing and QA checks for new website developments and deployments. Additionally, you will assist with uploading blog articles and other on-site content and SEO updates.

Customer Experience Focus

You will collaborate with various departments to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. As the first point of contact for the network and customer service team regarding operational and product concerns, you will assist with special projects that advance customer experience.

Sales Analysis / Reporting

You will assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed, monitor and analyze relevant website metrics, and take appropriate action. Furthermore, you will monitor on-site selling and search tool reporting to optimize product merchandising.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in ecommerce operations coordination, preferably in Magento or similar platform.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • A background in footwear retail or wholesale is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics is desirable.
