We are seeking a seasoned professional to enhance our practice and quality excellence in Homelessness and Community Supports services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on complex cases.
  • Escalate risks and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training sessions.
  • Contribute to innovative programs such as Street2Home, Journey to Social Inclusion, and the Zero Project initiative.
Focus Areas
  • Develop evidence-based practices at Uniting.
  • Ensure interventions are culturally responsive and trauma-informed.
  • Drive meaningful change and elevate service delivery in the division.
Team Collaboration
  • Work alongside fellow Principal Practitioners across the region.
  • Collaborate on methodologies and service innovations with the team.
Requirements
  • Significant experience supporting social inclusion and progression of people experiencing homelessness or social isolation.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience working in homelessness program delivery.
  • A track record in coaching and developing staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training, and providing case consultations.
