Job Description:
  • Implement and execute a programmatic approach to partner success, leveraging tools and automation to manage a high volume of partners efficiently.
  • Educate partners on key product features, best practices, and use cases to drive product adoption and long-term customer success.
  • Proactively identify signs of partner or customer churn risk and deploy data-driven interventions to mitigate loss.
  • Develop and optimize automated success plays, email sequences, webinars, and content to support partner engagement at scale.
  • Track partner engagement, product adoption, and business outcomes using data insights to inform success strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in partner success, customer success, or similar role in Marketing Technology.
  • Scale management: Experience managing a large portfolio of partners/customers using automation and digital engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and implement insights-driven partner success motions.
  • Technology proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), partner portals, and automation tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital content and deliver engaging webinars.
