As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-value construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, develop project plans, and implement effective project controls.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to deliver projects valued between $15M - $35M
- Manage project resources, including consultants, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards
- Mentor, train, support, and develop junior to intermediate Contracts Administrators
- Successful experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry in Melbourne
- Possess relationships with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers in the Melbourne market
- Ability to mentor, train, support, and develop junior to intermediate Contracts Administrators
