We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic volunteer to join our team as a retail assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and being part of a dynamic team.

As a retail assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in charge of our store, contributing to the day-to-day operations, and providing excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to learn about retail, work with a professional team, and make a real difference in people's lives.

The Salvation Army operates over 340 stores across Australia, relying on the generosity of the public to recycle pre-loved goods. Our stores provide a platform for individuals to donate unwanted items, reducing waste and supporting those in need.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about serving customers, willing to learn about retail, and open to new ideas. Test and Tag certification is essential for this role.
