About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with strong project management and leadership skills to join our team.

This role requires someone who blends creative vision with technical precision and enjoys guiding a team through all stages of the design and delivery process.

The ideal candidate will have around 6 – 8 years' experience in a professional design practice and a proven track record leading small teams through all project phases.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading projects from concept to construction, delivering exceptional design and documentation;
  • Managing project deliverables, including site analysis, planning, design development, construction documentation, and tender packages;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive studio culture;
  • Working across a variety of scales, from strategic master plans to detailed construction packages;
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, sustainability practices, and design innovations;
