Marketing Coordinator Job Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our hotel's brand. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase direct bookings, market share, and brand preference.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing content for hotel channels, including the website, OTAs, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor marketing trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to enhance marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build warm and welcoming relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM.
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
