The Role
The Team Leader role at EML is a crucial position that underpins the sustainability and growth of our organization. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing CTP Personal Injury Claims and leading a team of employees in developing effective return to work, return to life, and recovery strategies.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure team members achieve performance and KPI targets as set out under the BU performance framework.
- Utilise appropriate feedback to identify, oversee and foster an efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs. Deliver individual and group learning and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Oversight of team budget expenditure, if required.
- Effectively manage team resources and priorities.
- Ensuring appropriate strategies are in place to maximise performance outcomes and meet the needs of our customers.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, Leading NSW CTP Case Managers and working within in a fast-paced business environment.
- Qualification aligned to Business, Commerce, Personal Injury Management or Allied Health advantageous.
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to satisfy a National Police Check.
