Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced Team Leader is required to oversee the production and installation of signage, with a strong focus on project management and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in the signage industry, with a deep understanding of materials, machinery, and safety standards. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a well-presented appearance are essential for success in this role.

  • Manage and assist with day-to-day tasks within the business, including producing and installing signage.
  • Deliver projects under tight deadlines and manage staff effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of signage production and installation processes, including wrapping and other specialized techniques.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Signage industry experience: 5+ years
  • Project management and staff supervision
  • Materials, machinery, and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Clean Australian driver's licence, White Card, and Working at Heights certificates
