Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the Role
">This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in South Melbourne. We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead and implement the marketing and communications strategies of The MacKillop Institute to drive growth and engagement.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement a robust, multi-channel marketing and communications strategy for the Institute and its products;
- Review and update the current marketing and communications strategy to raise awareness of the Institute among key stakeholders and customers;
- Collaborate closely with the wider MacKillop Family Services Communications team to develop and implement effective marketing and communications campaigns;
- Manage and maintain digital channels including social media, email, and website to enhance visibility and improve lead generation;
- Analyse data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and communications.
Requirements:
">- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital tools including Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager;
- Experience in Content Management Systems and working knowledge of website optimisation for lead-generation and user-experience;
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline (highly preferred).
