Job Summary

The primary goal of this position is to ensure seamless integration of Australia's demands into the global technology framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between Front Office Trading Desks and Technology Teams.
  • Collaborate with Front Office Trading Desks to define regional and global deliverables.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, align with priorities and timelines, coordinate with regional and global teams.
  • Drive automation and development to cater to regional/global/local demands.
  • Define test cases with QA and obtain sign-off from business users.
  • Work with support teams to address production issues and outages.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of FICC trading products (bonds, swaps, CDS, FX, repos, other derivatives).
  • Familiarity with OTC markets (Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Tradeweb).
  • Knowledge of trade execution and post-trade processing concepts.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.
