Taxation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced tax accountant to provide accounting and taxation services to small business clients across Australia.

As a key member of our accounting team, you will collaborate with bookkeepers, accountants, and support staff to deliver high-quality service.

Your skills and experience will enable you to understand the needs of our clients and communicate effectively with them.

• Provide relationship-based services to clients, addressing their needs in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver accounting and taxation services.
• Work closely with client account managers to direct their work and manage queries according to client needs.

• Tertiary accounting qualifications, including professional membership.
• Strong knowledge of small business accounting and tax, preferably with companies and trusts, in a public practice environment.
• A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Xero and Xero Practice Manager expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the Australian tax system.
