Position Overview: The IT Business Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing business structures, processes, and informational requirements within the organization to devise solutions that improve the efficiency of company applications and systems while adhering to GxP quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the implementation of Information Technology projects by collaborating with production teams, assessing operations, defining project scope, documenting outcomes and process flows, and creating procedural manuals for executed functions;
  • Participate in technical discussions to outline Information Systems solutions, functional specifications, implementation strategies, resource identification, and scheduling of activities;
  • Take charge of the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP modules related to Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Production across the organization;
  • Manage incident triage, resolution, and management for ERP-related issues;
  • Develop solutions, create workflow diagrams, analyze system capabilities, evaluate alternative solutions, and prepare specifications for Information Systems;
  • Research and resolve problems while collaborating closely with IT and Finance team members, following ITIL v3 Foundation principles;
  • Effectively communicate information to internal stakeholders and collaborate with departmental managers and technical personnel;
  • Maintain logs for issues, releases, and decisions/approvals;
  • Comprehend business unit workflows and leverage technology solutions to provide support;
  • Track requirements status throughout Information System projects and manage requirements traceability;
  • Facilitate business process improvements, promote ERP adoption and training, and address application incidents and issues;
  • Support the integration of the e-commerce platform with the ERP system.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a relevant combination of education and experience;
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a Business/Systems Analyst within an ERP environment;
  • Experience with Nav or Business Central administration/implementation;
  • Familiarity with Shopify management is advantageous;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 applications, especially advanced Excel functions;
  • Strong time management skills, task prioritization, and a consistent ability to meet deadlines;
  • Able to work autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team; a self-starter with a proactive approach to change;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a highly analytical mindset;
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
