Senior Educator Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires you to lead a team of dedicated educators in delivering exceptional educational programs. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning and well-being.

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver educational programs that meet the needs of all children;
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and educational leader to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children;
  • Monitor and report on the quality of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement;

You'll Need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
