Make a Positive Impact as a Dental Assistant

We have a unique opportunity for individuals to make a positive contribution to the lives of people with cerebral palsy and similar conditions by supporting our allied health therapy teams or gaining experience in corporate services.

Our dental clinic is designed to treat people with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities, providing more comfort and access than regular dental clinics. The clinic runs 2 or 3 mornings each week, typically on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

As a dental assistant, you will work under the instruction of the qualified dentist or dental hygienist, providing general chair assistance, sterilization, and general administration.

  • You must be currently certified/qualified as a dental assistant.
  • Prior experience in a dental practice is highly desirable.
  • You will need to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening.
  • A Working with Children Check (NSW) may also be required.
