Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. They specialise in respiratory diseases with a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

This role supports the marketing team in rolling out marketing programs across all Air Liquide Healthcare sites. It provides coordination of tasks such as creating marketing materials, managing budgets and maintaining graphic standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising logistics for trade shows and events
  • Managing and recording marketing paraphernalia
  • Developing internal sales and marketing materials
  • Coordinating suppliers on marketing projects
  • Providing customer support and responding to enquiries
  • Maintaining customer contracts and implementing party commitments
  • Assisting in sales analysis and report preparation
  • Supporting tendering processes by providing product information

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Ongoing training experience
  • Previous experience with IQMS (not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking capabilities
