Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the market launch of an innovative new product from a market leading brand, driving store advocacy and customer experience.

The role involves overseeing relationships between staff and key retailers, utilizing superior product knowledge to educate store managers through product demonstrations and performance meetings. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient execution of in-store activities, managing stock levels, and providing feedback on how to improve sales, training and other program processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Retail Consumer Electronics experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Confident working in different retail environments with a strong understanding of Consumer Electronics
