As a Facilities & Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This exciting opportunity is based at the Wyong Regional Distribution Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities relating to facilities and maintenance operations, engineering, risk, and compliance. They will also lead tasks related to contractor works and activities, ensuring all works are satisfactorily and safely completed according to Primary Connect policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and completing DC-specific property and facilities-related inspections
  • Complying with Primary Connect's facilities and maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and reporting
  • Filing, reporting, and recording maintenance records and incident management

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance or a similar field. They should possess excellent organisation and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
