Operational Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization on a permanent basis in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analyses of current processes using various tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with departmental heads and team members to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Develop a strategic plan for process improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Design high-level solutions and process architectures that address identified issues and align with best practices.
- Develop detailed process improvement plans including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement projects.
- Extensive experience in process mapping, process optimization, and future state design.
