We are seeking a motivated and friendly Public Area Attendant to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all internal and external public areas of the property. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property and its grounds, carrying out various cleaning duties, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all internal and external public areas of the property
  • Carry out various cleaning duties, including daily tasks, deep cleans, and special event preparation
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless operations and achieve established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
  • Perform other related duties as required
About You

We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual who is comfortable working unsupervised and physically fit. Previous experience as a Groundsman/Gardener/Public Areas Attendant in a commercial environment is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • A fast learner who is able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English
  • Valid Australian work rights
