About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our Night Shift cleaning team at Park Beach Plaza.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the shopping centre.

Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain floor cleanliness by adhering to strictly timed rotations to promptly remove spills and hazards.
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all floors, ensuring they are free from debris and spills.
  • Dust, wipe, and sanitise touch points and surfaces throughout the premises.
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, basins, floors, mirrors, and surfaces, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste materials in designated areas according to best waste management practices.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance.
  • Maintain doorways and window frames, ensuring they are free from cobwebs and other unsightly matter.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Acknowledge and address any spills or hazards that may arise, ensuring immediate cleanup and/or safety signage.
  • Foster a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working safely with chemicals and commercial cleaning equipment is highly desirable.
  • You must be self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance of the premises.

The Bachrach Naumburger Group is a reputable property group owning and managing several commercial properties, including Park Beach Plaza, The Shoreline, Homebase, Jetty Village, Orana Mall in Dubbo, and quality office and retail premises in Queensland.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
