About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Supportability Engineering team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of Integrated Project Support (IPS) elements throughout system design, production, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for Supportability Engineering, coordinating with customers, project functions, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate closely with Mission System design/engineering and Project Management to meet supportability goals.
  • Develop Supportability Engineering System Requirements based on various plans and specifications, guiding the Integrated Reliability Maintenance and Technical Publications (IRMTP) team to achieve Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) objectives and combat readiness.
  • Prioritize alignment with our organization's Support System/Sustainment Strategy for the target market.
  • Direct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) requirements for planning Operating and Support capabilities, considering new constructions and modifications.
  • Oversee Supportability Engineering across the project, covering RAM, standardization, interoperability, risk, safety, privacy, and legal requirements.
  • Supervise or advise on RAM Analysis, including Reliability Block Diagrams, RAM Prediction, Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis.
  • Guide LSA and recording activities, including Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LORA), task analysis, and spares provisioning.
  • Coordinate between Design Engineering and other project parties.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of the System Life Cycle Cost Model (LCCM) as per the Life Cycle Management Plan (LCCMP).
  • Supervise Systems Engineering input for Configuration Management Baseline and Engineering Change activities, optimizing supportability and participating in Engineering Change Review Boards.
