Position Overview

At Egis, we offer a distinguished two-year graduate program aimed at developing a diverse skill set and knowledge base. Participants will have the chance to engage with various sectors and work environments, establishing a solid foundation for a successful and lasting career. Our program is committed to supporting the initial stages of your engineering journey, helping you reach your professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Assistance: Support Senior Engineers in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
  2. Data Evaluation: Gather and analyze data to inform engineering decisions and project results.
  3. Technical Investigation: Remain informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are at the forefront.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Documentation Management: Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  6. Problem Resolution: Identify and address engineering challenges to enhance processes and product quality.
  7. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  1. Recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Authorized to live and work full-time in Australia.
  3. Previous internship or vacation work experience in a consulting environment is highly preferred.
  4. Experience in team settings within retail, hospitality, or customer service sectors is advantageous.
  5. A strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  6. Innovative thinkers with problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Strong relationship-building skills and a desire to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
