We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for streetwear and fashion, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous retail experience, particularly in a leadership or supervisory capacity, is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, upholding company policies and procedures, and leading by example in delivering our customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Uphold and assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Lead by example in delivering the customer experience, and assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management.
  • Support in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard.
  • Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
  • Step up to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for streetwear and fashion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous retail experience, particularly in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Visual merchandising experience is advantageous, with an eye for presentation and detail.
