Job Summary
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a professional, successful, and close-knit team in the Corporate/ Commercial practice group at Empire Group. As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will be involved in a range of commercial projects, including corporate restructuring and reorganization, retail and commercial leasing and licensing, franchising, business, shares and assets acquisition and disposal in various sectors, and general commercial drafting and advice.
About the Role
You will be immediately exposed to high-level and interesting work and will be working closely with a Senior Partner on a wide variety of matters. The ideal candidate will be an extremely motivated, experienced, and passionate individual who is looking to work in a fast-paced and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of commercial projects, including corporate restructuring and reorganization, retail and commercial leasing and licensing, franchising, business, shares and assets acquisition and disposal in various sectors, and general commercial drafting and advice.
- Work closely with a Senior Partner on a wide variety of matters, including high-level and interesting projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new clients.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate/ Commercial practice group at Empire Group.
