About the Role: As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing the main phone line, and supporting managers and supervisors with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Manage the main phone line and be the first point of contact for phone enquiries
- Support managers and supervisors with general administrative tasks
- Sign in and out visitors following proper processes
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
