We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Quality Improvement Lead. This key role will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of our commissioned services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of Tasmanians. As a Quality Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager - Contractor Relationships and the team of Advisors in areas such as risk management, safety and quality compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk and issues management across contracted services
  • Safety and quality compliance with PHT's Safety and Quality Framework
  • Quality improvement initiatives and aligning commissioned services with best practices
  • Providing advice and support to Advisors regarding commissioned services compliance with safety and quality expectations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900, allowing you to use your pre-tax salary for everyday living expenses
  • Hybrid working option, offering a blend of office and home-based work after 6 months
  • Generous leave and family care benefits, including additional paid Carer's Leave, paid Parental Leave, and 3 days of paid leave between Christmas and New Year
