We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Assessment and Advisory Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert consultancy services to organizations, leveraging your clinical and organizational psychology expertise to drive positive change.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying clinical and organisational psychology knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality consultancy services.
  • Managing the Wellbeing check and Assessment processes to ensure best practice principles are upheld.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding customer requirements and applying the correct clinical support models to meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Psychology or a related field.
  • Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW).
  • Minimum five (5) years post-registration experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze data using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  • Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
