Qscan Radiology Clinics is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Qscan Annerley.
Job SummaryThis permanent, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to expand their skillset in diagnostic services including Nuclear Medicine/PET, CT, BMD, and clinical trials. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing a range of Nuclear Medicine procedures, and interpreting requests in accordance with relevant legislation and department policies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate and quality patient care, prioritizing patient welfare and confidentiality.
- Conduct a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures to produce images of the highest diagnostic quality.
- Interpret requests and perform appropriate procedures in compliance with relevant laws and departmental guidelines.
- Maintain current knowledge and upskill in new techniques and advances through continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for patient-centred care and Nuclear Medicine Technologist qualifications.
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- The capacity to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- A Radiation Use Licence for your state or territory (or the ability to attain one).
- AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Full working rights in Australia.
