About the Role

This casual position at our Cairns store offers a dynamic team environment where you can contribute to our success. With an average workload of 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends, this role is designed to accommodate the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, providing expert advice on our products.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, driving revenue growth for our business.
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping, maintaining a high level of visual appeal.
