We are seeking a Senior Clinical Leadership Position to join our team as a Regional Manager for Speech Pathology services. This role will provide clinical leadership and management of our Stirling and Morley sites, supporting a team of 14 Speech Pathologists and an AHP.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, registration with SPA, and previous experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting. They will also have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.

Our department offers a range of professional development opportunities, including Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services. We also offer options to expand your skills in Early Childhood Services, Positive Behaviour Support Services, dysphagia management, student placements can be discussed.
