Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
    • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
    • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Guest Services
    • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
    • Report maintenance issues promptly, showing your dedication to a flawless experience.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate harmoniously within the team to achieve our high standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks.
  • Physical stamina to navigate between rooms, including using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
