Project Manager Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget management.

This role requires a strong leadership skillset, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage external vendors and consultants, and ensure governance processes are followed.

  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and quality assurance
  • Reporting on project performance to governance forums
  • Coordinating stakeholder engagement and communications across diverse groups

Key qualifications include:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A highly organised and resilient approach, with a focus on achieving outcomes

This is a mid-senior level full-time position, with a 2-year maximum term contract. The role can be based out of one of our offices across Australia and New Zealand.
