New Graduate Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with diverse communities, including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, mental health and paediatrics.

You will work collaboratively with our experienced team of occupational therapists, allied health practitioners and other professionals to provide comprehensive assessment and intervention services that promote independence, prevent deterioration of health and build capacity for individuals and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering occupation-focused practice models relevant to client goals
  • Enabling independence in the community through assessment to intervention using compensatory and rehabilitative methods
  • Educating clients and their support networks about the social model of disability and cultural responsiveness

We offer a strong focus on delivering evidence-based care, support from a well-credentialed OT team, access to senior OTs and regular supervision, opportunities for quality projects and flexible working hours.
