About the PositionWe seek a values-driven and proactive Food & Beverage Attendant to assist with daily operations within the Cafe.
This is a casual position based in Hamilton, NSW, with salary and conditions in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award Level 2.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, including friendly, attentive, and proactive interactions with all clients and assisting with purchases.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with required standards.
- Review and manage stock levels, replenishing when required and escalating when stock reserves are low.
- Complete open and close processes, including accurate record-keeping, in a timely manner.
- Meet Occupational Health and Safety obligations and relevant legislation such as Australian Food Safety Standards.
- At least 1-year industry experience including barista.
- A valid NSW Employee Working With Children Check.
- A current NSW Driver Licence.
- Computer skills (desirable).
