
Operational Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Field Operations Specialist to lead our team in optimizing operational efficiency and reliability across assigned locations.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including corporate leaders, location management, and quality assurance professionals, to develop and implement long-range capacity plans.
The successful candidate will serve as a technical and reliability leader, driving initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety while staying up-to-date on new technologies and equipment developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with executives, management, and operations teams to implement strategic plans through regular reports and meetings.
- Participate in equipment and building improvement projects from justification to installation and startup.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance location functions and productivity.
- Purchase and maintain equipment, manage vendor relationships, and monitor performance.
- Develop and recommend process improvements, utility management strategies, work reorganization plans, and station relocation proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or minimum 7 years of experience in reliability or 5 years in operations environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CMMS.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Multiple sites across the region are being considered for this role.
