We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our Dr. Martens team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on our premium products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
