About This Role

Build and scale initiatives that transform job seekers into brand advocates, and hiring professionals into champions. Foster a sense of community that makes every candidate and hiring manager feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain programs to engage our candidate base through ongoing content, group discussions, and regular newsletters.
  • Launch and manage ambassador programs to drive referrals, user-generated content, and event hosting.
  • Promote people hired via this platform, showcasing their stories and experiences.
  • Nurture relationships with key hiring managers through curated dinners, roundtable discussions, and bespoke experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–4+ years of experience in community management, campus/programs, or partnerships, preferably in the startup/tech sector.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience managing creator or influencer programs
  • A network across Australian universities or student/professional organizations.
  • Familiarity with hiring/talent products or communities.
