Product Lead

The Product Lead role is a key position within the organization, responsible for developing and delivering product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs that align with target customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs that are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
  • Ensure products meet business objectives and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic contribution to the product transformation agenda.
  • Build the capability of the product team and strengthen the role of Product Management within the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product development, strategy, and execution within a customer segment.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering new products to market.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to lead and motivate others at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Deep understanding of banking products and services, with a focus on financial services expertise.
