Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Obstetrician to join our team at Head Medical.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have overarching responsibility for patients attending the service under the specialty of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team providing antenatal care, delivery and post-partum management.
• Oversee and participate in a continuity of care including outpatient management, procedural care including abdominal, vaginal and laparoscopic surgery in accord with credentialled capability.

Requirements

Applicants should be registered (or eligible for registration) as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia and be a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRANZCOG) or equivalent as an overseas trained specialist who has completed their training in either the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA (ABOG Certified) or New Zealand.
